Still riding the high from LA Comic Con — because this year, they invited us to curate an entire section of the show with our very own SheroCon 2023 Comics & Games Convention… and we showed UP with the girl power.
We brought nearly 20 amazing women vendors with us, and Shero Comics / Shero Games held down the anchor position with our Shero Step & Rewtweet Pink Carpet glowing right next to our booth. With over 100,000 attendees flooding the convention, it honestly felt like we met every single one — and they came ready to PLAY.
Our demo for the Rayven Choi: Reaper’s Run prototype stayed packed nonstop. Kids, teens, parents, gamers, geeks — everybody stepped up to the tablets to press play while the soundtrack blasted from our speakers. The reactions? Priceless.
We heard everything from
“This feels like Temple Run!”
“This has Subway Surfers energy!”
to…
“OH SNAP, WHERE DID THAT FIRE COME FROM?!”
Between the fire raining down, the flames bursting from the depths of the fortress, and the trap placements, people were CRASHING out left and right — but coming back again and again and again. The replay energy was REAL.
And our limited-edition Shero Games hoodies? Yeah… they barely survived the weekend.
It was a full-on lovefest for the Shero Universe — comics, games, girl power and all.
Now it’s back to the lab to level up Reaper’s Run and get it one step closer to release… because after LA Comic Con, one thing is clear:
We’ve got a HIT on our hands.
